COPY SIZE
All prices in catalog based on a 4 line imprint with cuts considered 3 lines and imprint area not to exceed 8 square inches if item permits. Additional lines are billed at $4.00(G) per line. On copy of 8-16 square inches add .07(G), 16-24 square inches add .08(G), 24-32 square inches add .09(G), 32-42 square inches add .10(G).

COLOR OF IMPRINT
Colors available: beige, blue, black, brown, burgundy, gold, green, grey, orange, pink, purple, red, silver, white and yellow.

A SECOND LOCATION IMPRINT
Extra charge per unit will be .15(G) ea. plus $15.00(G) set-up charge plus cost of additional hot stamping dies. See Copy Size for imprints over 8 square inches.

ITEMS WITHOUT IMPRINT
Deduct .05(G).

CUTS AND DIES
Special lettering trademarks, etc., require dies or cuts. Cuts are billed at $50.00(G) AND UP. Additional typesetting to supplied art will be billed at $10.00(G). For making of cuts, please send clean black and white art. Artwork when necessary will increase the cost of the cut. Our file of stock cuts includes many nationally advertised trademarks. All stock cuts will be used on orders free of charge if available. They will be counted as three lines. All cuts not used within a three-year period will be discarded.

ARTWORK
Pamcolite prefers to get hard copy of art, however, we accept art via e-mail. Please Note that if you do e-mail us art, fax copy of what the art will be. Also, if e-mailing, please include PO# and contact information.

SOME ADDITIONAL E-MAIL GUIDELINES:
Graphic images should be sent as AI, EPS, or CDR format. Whenever possible convert all fonts to paths or curves. Graphic files such as GIF, JPEG, BMP, usually are of low quality and will not imprint clearly. TIFF file are acceptable only in high resolution (600 DPI). All art should be black/white line art. Photographs cannot be accepted. When e-mailing large files use Stuff-It™ for compression. The e-mail address for sending art is: artwork@pamcolite.com. We can accept art in the following programs: Adobe Illustrator® ver.10 Adobe Photoshop® ver.7 CorelDraw™ /Corel PhotoPaint™ ver.12 Word2000™. Unless the artwork supplied by customer is camera ready, the factory will perform necessary artwork which will be billed at cost. Artwork is kept for a period of 3 years.

HOT STAMP PROOFS
On vinyl swatch or fax $12.00(G) on actual sample $25.00(G) plus catalog price in minimum quantity. Plus artwork and cut if necessary.

CHANGE OF COPY
Hot stamp imprint $15.00(G) for each change plus cost of additional hot stamping dies and/or type.

SPLIT SHIPMENT - C.O.D.
A handling charge of $10.00(G) per order will be applied to all C.O.D. shipments. Charge of $5.00(G) for each split destination shipment if shipped at one time and $10.00(G) for each split shipment at different times.

ROUTING
All orders are F.O.B our plant. We will acknowledge specific shipping dates but cannot acknowledge specific arrival dates. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.

PRODUCTION TIME
We can USUALLY fill orders within 3 weeks or sooner. IF SPECIAL RUSH IS REQUESTED WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT US FOR DEFINITE COMMITMENT. THERE IS NO RUSH SERVICE CHARGE.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS
We must reserve the right to overship or undership no more than 5% and will bill accordingly. We will endeavor to ship exact quantities if requested, but are not responsible for underruns. On special orders we reserve the right to overship or undership by 10%.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS
$15.00(G) Handling Charge for additional paperwork.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
All orders, cancellations and changes MUST be in writing. Customer will be charged for any work done prior to changes or cancellations including a $4.00(G) charge per line for typeset copy.

TO INCREASE QUANTITY ORDER
Increase must be considered as a separate order and will be billed accordingly unless notification of increase reaches factory before work has started on original order.

RETURNS
Unimprinted merchandise authorized for return by factory is subject to a $30.00(G) service charge or 10% of the net cost of the order, whichever is greater.

COLOR AND VINYL
For change in color and/or vinyl not listed contact office for prices.

SILK SCREENING
Contact office for special quotations. Orders are subject to 10% overrun or underrun.

EMBOSSING - DEBOSSING
Debossing is the pressing of your art into the material and embossing is the pressing of the material around your imprint so that your imprint remains at the same level of the original material. Available on most items. Unless the artwork supplied by customer is camera-ready the
factory will perform necessary artwork which will be billed at cost.
Dies are billed at $60.00(G) AND UP. Proofs are $25.00(G) plus cost of item. Running charges are as follows.
